This policy explains what information Hashtag Digital Marketing Academy ("Hashtag Academy", "we") collects through hashtagdigitalmarketing.in, why, and what you can do about it. The website is operated by ClickStack Marketing Private Limited, A Block, Nehru Colony, Dharampur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001.
Information you give us
When you fill in an enquiry, demo or "notify me" form we collect your name, WhatsApp/phone number and the course you are interested in, plus the page and form you used and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid). If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you send us there.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry: to call or WhatsApp you about courses, fees, batches and demo classes, and to manage your admission if you enrol.
Payments
Course payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and the course.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tools, which may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4: to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location, how you arrived).
- Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel: to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who visited the site. When you submit a form or pay for a course, your name, phone number (and email, if you give it to Razorpay) may be sent to these tools in a hashed (scrambled) form, from your browser and from our server (Meta Conversions API), to match ad conversions.
- Microsoft Clarity (if enabled): anonymised heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the pages.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Ads Settings and Meta's Ad Preferences to control personalised ads, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without these cookies.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy: our CRM (Zoho), WhatsApp Business (Meta), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), Razorpay for payments, and the analytics/advertising tools listed above. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 3 years after your last contact with us. Admission and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or write to us using the contact details below. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our courses are for adults and for students with a parent's or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
